Be Mine

I tried to surprise Dave for Valentines Day, but if any of you know me, you know I have the hardest time keeping things a surprise! I hate it. So for the weekend I planned a little trip down to Vegas. We hung out with some close friends, did a little shopping for the new babe, and went to a super good dinner at a place called Dos Caminos for the ever so romantic holiday.

Here is a pic of my belly at almost 7 months.

We decided to kill some time after dinner before our show. So we had $20 we thought we'd see what we could do at the Casino. Dave was doing good at the penny slots, and I was loosing my $10 faster than I could think! Then we tried our luck at Russian Roulette. I won $20. So we were up $6, and decided to stop. Crazy how much people throw away money down there... but we had a great time and it was a needed get away for sure!

I also got tickets to the Blue Man Group, because I've heard nothing but great things about them..... ugg. We were so bored. It was just a super slow show. We were thinking that ANY show we went to in Vegas would be amazing....nope. haha. But it was still a good time, just not worth the money at all. They basically ate Captain Crunch and Marshmallows. Woooow that is sooooo awesome! If anyone has any suggestions to a show the they've just LOVED let us know. We might check it out someday if we go back!

He's finally Home.

My brother Jace came home from his mission almost a month ago. He still has his crazy Aussie accent- but other than that he's still the same. He's developed such a strong testimony of the gospel. It's so fun to have him home and see all the cool things that he brought back and hear all the stories he has to tell. He served a great mission and I couldn't be more proud of how much he's grown up!

Here we are all waiting to see him.

Finally! They were the last off the flight. Could it be they were nervous?

Sweet mommy.

All the kids together again at last!
