St. George

Once again we went down to St. George for Dave's work for the week. The weather was awesome the first couple of days, then it got super windy and rainy. Max and I had a chance to go out boating on Monday when the weather was perfect. We had so much fun. Max is such a sensitive little guy. Every time someone would crash on the wake board he would start to cry. After I crashed the first time, he cried but after that I think he caught on. He loved going out on the tube, he was so tired, and almost fell asleep out there. He also loves the pool. He would crawl super fast from the pool to the hot tub, and we'd have to run over and catch him. Little Mr. Independent!

Count ME in?!

This isn't Dave's bike but it looks pretty much like it....sorta. Maybe the Specialized brand and the color...but anyway. Today I was running around getting some errands done, with Dave's bike on top of my car. I had a doctors appointment and then I was headed home. I was talking to Dave on the phone as I pulled into a parking garage, wondering what that awful screeching sound was.... CRAP DAVE'S BIKE! I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!!! AHHHHHHH I can't believe I did it. I never thought this would ever happen to me! I would hear of people doing this type of thing all the time, and wonder how and the heck they forget about their bike.... but let me tell ya its pretty easy. The damage wasn't too bad. I just broke the seat post- luckily. So count me in as "one of those guys". I hope to never ever do this again. I feel like the worst wife in the world tonight!

RecyClean

My friend Kandice had a great idea of starting her own cleaning business and wanted me to be a part of it. It's called RecyClean. We offer recycling services to those who don't already recycle. And use environmentally friendly- all natural cleaning supplies. I think its a great idea and GREEN is the new thing these days anyway right? We officially start of June 1st. So wish us luck!

I'm a Mother

Dave is the BEST! For Mothers Day he told me that he got me this...
New Port Villas for a 4 Day 3 Night stay...

a day of unforgettable fun....

and maybe even yet antother day of crazy rides here.

So I'm so dang excited! I've never even been to California before. Crazy I know. But I can't wait. I think that we are going to go this summer sometime! Whoo Hoo!

I woke up in the morning to find little Max in the bed with us. Dave said "Give your mom a kiss its Mother's Day" and Max puckered right up and leaned in and gave me the sweetest little kiss. I'm so happy to have such a sweet tender little man. Both Dave and Max.

The German Wall...

The wall is in. Ah its so exciting. Now we have to get the stairs poured, get the sprinklers in, plant grass, flowers, bushes, and trees...and I'm sure more things will come up as we continue this fine project! I just had to share some pictures... We are just so happy with it!

Heathers Wedding

I was able to cater Heather and Danny's wedding last week. It was my first time ever doing something so big! Let me tell you it was amazing. I was so happy with how everything turned out. I even made her wedding cake, which was also a first for me. I'd do it all again in a heart beat. It was so fun. Thanks for letting me help you out Heather!

Me first Jazz Game

I've been waiting for this day to come all month, and it finally came. On the 30 Dave and I went to a Jazz game. He works with a lady that hooked us up. I mean REALLY hooked us up with some sweet tickets. 7th Row. Prime Rib Dinner. Nachos. All the Dr. Pepper you can drink! Ah it was amazing. The Jazz kicked their butts! It was a blast! Thanks again Bobbie!
